The hotel has a decent location and is situated in a beautiful area. the staff and service is good, and they made an effort to accommodate our needs. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. the breakfast spread was above average, with a good variety of options.
The room was small and lacked any special amenities. While the hotel offers a SPA zone, it seemed crowded due to the sheer number of guests.

My stay in the Dolomites was a great experience and the hotel was a key part of it. The hotel offered a great SPA zone to relax after a long day of hiking; it was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay. Another thing I liked was the staff, they were always willing to help and provide the best service. , the hotel had a great location, close to the trails and with beautiful views.
There were a couple of things that I disliked about the hotel. The first was the room, it was a bit outdated compared to the pictures online.

Staff, services and location. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to catering for our dog. They provided us with a separate table so we could dine with our furry friend. The services, including the SPA zone, were great and the hotel location was perfect for exploring what this city has to offer.

I recently had the chance to stay at a hotel in the heart of the Dolomites and I must say that it was a great experience. the first thing that caught my attention was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always ready to help me with everything I needed during my stay. Another great aspect of the hotel was the beautiful SPA zone. It was truly a great place to relax after a long day of work. the location was perfect. the hotel was situated near the main attractions and it was very easy to get around and explore the area. I also enjoyed the fact that I could bring my pet with me. the hotel staff made sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
